1. 帳戶與會員資格
任何顧客均可免費建立 PIERL Client 帳戶，以查看已連結訂單、付款狀態、物流及售後資料。帳戶不等同正式 PIERL Member 資格，亦不需要同意接收 Marketing。
你須提供準確資料、妥善保護登入方式，並只可使用自己的帳戶。18 歲以下人士應在家長或監護人同意下購買或使用會員服務。
2. Archive 會員級別
會員級別按同一帳戶所連結的合資格香港元交易累積實付總額自動計算：未達 HKD 2,500 為 INITIATE；達 HKD 2,500 為 Level 1 / COLLECTOR；達 HKD 8,888 為 Level 2 / ARCHIVIST；達 HKD 13,999 為最高級別 VIP。合資格金額以 PIERL 付款及訂單系統最終記錄為準。
- 已取消、付款失敗或全數退款的訂單不計算；
- 退款後累積實付金額低於相關門檻，級別可向下調整；
- 使用不同電郵或帳戶的訂單未必會自動合併；
- 如需認領訪客訂單，登入電郵須與購買時電郵一致。
3. 會員禮遇
禮遇可能包括指定作品優惠、優先發布、活動邀請、尺寸或保養安排。除非個別活動另有列明，會員資格不代表永久或全店折扣；限定、訂造、合作及已減價作品可能不適用。
優惠碼、Stripe 優惠或其他禮遇不得轉售、交換、公開或以自動化方式濫用，亦不可與其他優惠同時使用，除非 PIERL 明確允許。
4. 訂單連結與資料
登入後購買的訂單會透過帳戶識別碼連結；訪客訂單亦可能在你以相同已驗證電郵建立帳戶後自動連結。會員中心顯示內容以後端付款、庫存及物流紀錄為準。
5. 暫停、終止與修改
如涉及欺詐、未經授權使用、優惠濫用、轉售或其他損害 PIERL 或顧客的行為，我們可暫停帳戶、取消不當禮遇或終止會員資格。我們可合理修改門檻、禮遇及本條款；重大變更會透過網站或適當聯絡方式通知，並不追溯取消已完成交易的權利。
6. 私隱與 Marketing
帳戶及會員資料按我們的 收集個人資料聲明及私隱政策 處理。Marketing 屬自願選項，可隨時免費取消，並不影響會員資格或必要訂單通知。

1. Accounts and membership
Any customer may open a free PIERL Client account to view linked orders, payment status, delivery and aftercare. An account is not the same as formal PIERL Member status, and marketing consent is never required.
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and use only your own account. Customers under 18 should purchase and use membership services with a parent or guardian's consent.
2. Archive membership levels
Levels are calculated automatically from the cumulative net paid value of qualifying Hong Kong dollar transactions linked to the same account: INITIATE below HKD 2,500; Level 1 / COLLECTOR from HKD 2,500; Level 2 / ARCHIVIST from HKD 8,888; and the maximum VIP level from HKD 13,999. PIERL's final payment and order records determine the qualifying amount.
- Cancelled, failed or fully refunded orders do not qualify;
- A level may move down if refunds reduce qualifying spend below its threshold;
- Orders under different emails or accounts may not combine automatically;
- To claim a guest order, use the same verified email used at checkout.
3. Member privileges
Privileges may include selected-object offers, early access, event invitations, sizing or care arrangements. Unless a campaign states otherwise, membership does not provide a permanent or site-wide discount. Limited, bespoke, collaborative or reduced objects may be excluded.
Codes, Stripe offers and other privileges may not be resold, exchanged, published or abused through automation, and cannot be combined unless PIERL expressly allows it.
4. Linked orders and records
Orders placed while signed in are linked through your account identifier. Guest orders may also link when an account is created with the same verified email. Payment, stock and fulfilment records held by the backend are authoritative.
5. Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend accounts, remove improperly obtained privileges or end membership for fraud, unauthorised use, offer abuse, resale or conduct that harms PIERL or customers. We may reasonably change thresholds, privileges or these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or through an appropriate channel and will not retrospectively remove rights from completed transactions.
7. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. For account or membership questions, contact [email protected].

- キャンセル、決済失敗、全額返金の注文は対象外；
- 返金後に各基準未満となった場合、レベルが下がることがあります；
- 異なるメールやアカウントの注文は自動合算されない場合があります；
- ゲスト注文の連携には購入時と同じ確認済みメールを使用してください。
3. メンバー特典
対象作品のオファー、先行案内、イベント招待、サイズ・ケア対応等を提供する場合があります。特別な記載がない限り、恒久的・全商品対象の割引ではありません。限定、オーダー、コラボ、セール作品は対象外の場合があります。
コードや特典の転売、交換、公開、自動化による乱用は禁止し、明示的に許可されない限り併用できません。
4. 注文の連携
ログイン中の注文はアカウントIDで連携されます。ゲスト注文も同じ確認済みメールでアカウントを作成すると自動連携される場合があります。決済、在庫、配送のバックエンド記録が優先されます。
5. 停止・終了・変更
不正、無断利用、特典乱用、転売、PIERLやお客様に害を与える行為がある場合、アカウント停止、特典取消、資格終了を行うことがあります。基準、特典、規約を合理的に変更する場合、重要な変更はウェブサイト等で通知し、完了済み取引の権利を遡って取り消しません。
6. プライバシーとMarketing
情報は個人情報収集声明・プライバシーポリシーに従い処理します。Marketingは任意で、いつでも無料で停止でき、資格や必要な注文連絡に影響しません。
